Autumn is officially here...at least for those of us in the the Northern Hemisphere.
Many of us no doubt enjoy seeing the changes in color of the leaves and trees.
Along with those changes though, means a shift in temperatures and weather, which is often the time illnesses such as influenza, the common cold, allergies, and much more begin to emerge. (Yikes!)
What can you do to protect yourself and your family from falling victim to illness this season?
1) Wash your hands regularly
How many times have we heard that before? But in reality it's a simple but easy way to keep those pesky germs at bay. Especially before eating or after using the restroom, a good hand-washing can help prevent you from catching something unwanted but also from help spreading germs to others.
2) Maintain a healthy diet and routine of exercise
This can be harder to do, especially as the days get colder, shorter, and gloomier. But the better attention and care you can give to your body, the more likely you'll be able to ward off contagious cooties.
3) Drink plenty of water
As simple and sometimes boring as this may be, it can't be overlooked or underestimated. Drinking plenty of water can help continually flush out toxins that could easily wear you down and make you prone to sickness. Boost your water intake and its power by regularly mixing it with pHenomenal Water concentrate.
