Shipping, Returns & Damage Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders over $300 may take up to 48 hours to ship. If we cannot ship within these times we will contact you using the information you have provided.  General cutoff time to ensure an order will go out that day is 2pm PST.  Shipping method is at our discretion- we may use a service different than the one selected at checkout if that service can get your product(s) to you in a shorter amount of time than what was selected at checkout.

It is our policy to ship in compliance with U.S.D.O.T. (US Dept. of Transportation CFR 49) regulations.

Overnight Orders

We use UPS for all overnight orders. Overnight orders must be received by by phone by 2:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday to guarantee next day delivery. Overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive the next business day, or Monday. Please contact us at 800-620-3365 if you are placing an overnight order. Extra charges will apply and we cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery. UPS has certain areas throughout the Continental US that do not accept Saturday deliveries.

Address Problems

Any delivery problems arising from the address provided by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any fees incurred will also be the responsibility of the customer and will be paid for by the customer. Please do not send to an address where the delivery may be refused.

UPS will NOT ship domestic orders to a P.O. Box. Be sure to check your address and if necessary, use a physical street address.

Domestic Shipping Only (includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)

Shipping method will be at our discretion. 

International Shipping

International Shipping is available. International customers will be responsible for any Customs duties or fees for the full purchase price of the order.

RETURN POLICY

We will replace defective products. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies, whether it be because of weather conditions or human error. If a package is damaged during shipment we will replace your order and deal with the shipper for a refund.

Since 2004 we have always offered a 60 Day Product Guarantee should a customer not be completely satisfied. We will happily refund the purchase price for one single bottle of any size of any product.  This offer does not extend to multiple bottles of the same product but will apply to different items in a combined order.  This is for the product purchase price only and does not include any shipping fees. If the order qualified for "free shipping" the full order amount will be refunded minus actual cost charged to the company for shipping, verification of that amount will be provided to the customer. Please return the empty or full products to:

If you need to return an unopened order from UPS , please take the original package to any local UPS store and request that the package be returned to us. It is also helpful if you e-mail us at:
info@phenomenalwater.com. This way we will be aware of your return.

DAMAGE POLICY

Please inspect your package immediately to determine whether there has been any damage or leakage. Report any damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.

We will not accept claims for damages that have not been reported within 72 hours of your receiving your product.
