Returns
All products available on our site have a 60-day money-back guarantee. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Simply return the empty packaging along with your contact/order information.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and if you are approved, then your refund will be processed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If the order qualified for "free shipping" the full order amount will be refunded minus actual cost charged to the company for shipping, verification of that amount will be provided to the customer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, usually 3-5 business days from when we initiate it.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Subscription Orders
By selecting "Subscribe and Save" as an option during an order, you are agreeing to a minimum of two deliveries, after which time you may cancel. By default, the radio button on the order page is set to a one-time purchase. If you accidentally move it to "Subscribe and Save" and don't notice until after the order was placed, please contact us immediately so we can prevent further shipments. At our discretion, the order may be adjusted or completely canceled and refunded. Regarding coupons: as noted with each published coupon code, they are not applicable to a subscription order.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, for this reason it is suggested that you obtain a receipt from the carrier you select for the return.
