pHenomenal Rewards Program!

The pHenomenal Rewards program allows you to earn points on your purchases (excluding shipping) at the rate of 5 points per dollar spent.  

You can also earn points by writing a product review.  Points are even awarded for subscription orders.  Once you have accumulated enough points you can easily turn them into discounts for future orders- anywhere from $5 to $20.

Please note that you can only use one voucher per order and voucher codes cannot be used in combination with another coupon code.

If you already have an online account or if you hop on and create one now you will automatically be enrolled in the rewards program.  If you haven't already created an online account before you're going to love it- you can see your past orders, track your shipments and manage any subscriptions.

For over a decade, pHenomenal has expanded thanks to people just like you- avid pHenomenal users who tell anyone and everyone about it.  We're excited that we now have a way to be able to reward you for doing just that.

As an extra bonus, when you refer a friend who has never ordered before they get an instant $15 off their first order of any product.  And, just as great, 14 days after your friend redeems their $15 on an order, you are rewarded with 1500 points- enough to turn into a $15 voucher for your own purchase!  There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer or to the number of points you can accumulate.    

How cool is that?

There are only a few conditions to make sure everyone can benefit from the referral program.  Points on any returned or cancelled orders will be removed.  If the person you referred returns their order or cancels their order the points earned from your referral will dissappear from your account- it's all handled by an automated service.

Please note that while the point system is automated, we will be closely monitoring the program for abuse of the "refer a friend" perk.  We know you're like family and have known some of you for 12 years now.  We don't ever want to think you'll abuse the referral feature but if we find that the program is being abused, we reserve the right to remove points in a suspected instance of abuse and, if needed, will block the rewards account of any customer obtaining points in an abusive manner. As long as everyone plays fair everything will be just fine but if necessary we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the entire program at any time.
