Shipping policy
We use a network of fulfillment centers across the US (including Amazon's extensive network) to ship orders that are in the hands of a carrier within (commonly but not guaranteed) 24-36 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays- orders placed on Sundays may take an additional day for this process. Tracking numbers are generally populated within that first 24-36 hours but may at times take longer and a delay in receiving a tracking number does not mean the entire shipment is necessarily delayed. For instance, in an uncommon but possible situation a tracking number may take several days to generate and the package may even be delivered the next day.
We are unable to make firm guarantees of delivery within a certain number of days. However- the use of fulfillment partners is why most orders in the contiguous US are received in an average of 2-6 days including on Sundays. Exceptions to that time-frame can occur in outlying areas removed from a metropolitan area. Federal holidays will affect delivery times. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies, whether it be because of weather conditions or human error. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are typically delivered within 18 to 21 days.
Online orders are immediately transmitted to that network which begins the fulfillment process within only hours, sometimes minutes.
Due to this rapid nature of fulfillment of orders cancellation is not guaranteed and will depend on how far along in the fulfillment process the order is as to successful cancellation. Please be aware that successful cancellation is rare as we have very little influence over the stages of fulfillment.
Shipping method is at our discretion- we may use a service different than the one selected at checkout if that service can get your product(s) to you in a shorter amount of time than what was selected at checkout. If your order absolutely must be delivered by a specific carrier please contact our office by email or phone prior to placing your order so we can make the proper arrangements if they are available to us.
International shipping methods are be at our discretion. International customers will be responsible for any customs duties or fees for the full purchase price of the order.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses: if you notice an address error after checkout please contact us immediately so it may be corrected prior to the order being fully processed and shipped. If a tracking number has been generated it will be too late to correct as the package will already be in transit to you and due to the speed of the fulfillment centers we work with a shipment can already be en route within just hours after an order is placed. At that point you will need to contact the carrier directly and request a change to the address or re-delivery if delivery was already attempted. If a package is successfully returned to the company a replacement order will be provided to you or you may alternately ask for a refund (the shipping price paid is non-refundable since that amount was already paid to the carrier who attempted your delivery). If you file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement obviously we will not be obligated to replace the shipment.
It is our policy to ship in compliance with U.S.D.O.T. (US Dept. of Transportation CFR 49) regulations.
